What if I need to change the details of my clean?

Life happens! We understand. That’s why we’ve made it easy to modify your clean if your circumstances change. If the time or day of your booked clean no longer suits you, Request a Reschedule and your cleaner will give you a call to work out a time that suits you better.

If you’re looking to update your contact, billing address or payment details, you’ll find them in the Account section of your profile.

What if there’s an issue with my clean?

Super easy. Our friendly team is available Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm AEST to help you with any and all queries.

If you’re just dissatisfied with an aspect of your clean, and you just don’t know how to solve it, don’t hit the cancel all future bookings button yet, please give us a call – we’re only happy if you’re happy, and we’ll gladly help you find a solution to your problem.
